Sam Duffield currently serves as a Senior Associate and the Victorian lead for the Project Management (Civil) stream at North Projects, with responsibilities that include superintendency, contract administration, project management roles, and constructability inputs. Prior experience includes significant roles at McConnell Dowell, where Sam worked as a Project Engineer on the $160 million Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road Upgrade and as a Site Engineer on multiple high-value projects including the $730 million Cranbourne Line Upgrade and the $323 million Echuca-Moama Bridge Project. Sam's engineering career began at Bicton Constructions as a Casual Labourer and progressed through roles such as Graduate Engineer and Undergraduate Engineer. Sam holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil and Structural from the University of Adelaide.
