North Property was created to raise the standard of commercial and industrial real estate on Brisbane’s Northside. The business is built on three fundamentals—precision, presentation and performance. We deliver tailored, high-quality campaigns for industrial assets, development sites and multi-unit projects, ensuring each property is positioned to achieve its strongest possible outcome.

At the core of North Property is a commitment to building a platform where the best agents in the industry can reach their full potential. We aim to attract and empower only the highest-performing professionals—people who are leaders in their field and who uphold the same standards of excellence, integrity and client focus that define the brand.

Our approach is grounded in clear communication, accountability and a commitment to long-term client partnerships. Every campaign is handled with meticulous attention to detail—from pricing strategy and marketing to negotiation and finalisation.

• Highly skilled negotiation delivering exceptional outcomes
• Intelligent industrial asset marketing
