At North Property Group we handpick the best investment opportunities to present to our clients. Our status as the UK's leading independent investment agency is a product of the extensive market research we perform before bringing any opportunities to market. This consistently eliminates risk and maximises returns for our clients.

We offer an end to end solution and are the only company that will manage your property journey every step of the way. From the moment of reservation, during the management of your purchase and through to the exit plan, North Property Group are here to provide you with independent, expert advice. We regularly update our clients with the current market value of their asset, and when they feel the time is right, we will remarket the property and re-sell it through our large network of loyal investors.

We are one of the few remaining independently owned sales, lettings and investment agents in England. This allows us to work exclusively for the benefit of our clients helping them to buy, sell, let or rent properties across the UK.

We have a vast knowledge of both the sales and lettings market and are committed to creating long term relationships with our clients. We can source you a property, give you the correct advice, source you a tenant upon completion, manage the asset and then devise an exit strategy when you are ready to sell.

North Property Group was founded by Oli Banks and Tim Coen in 2017. With almost 20 years’ experience between them, they wanted to establish a truly client-centric company that offered only the best developments to their investors. Their backgrounds in all aspects of the property market mean Oli and Tim give only the soundest advice to their clients and customers.
