Roger Sharp

Roger Sharp is the founder of North Ridge Partners, a technology investment bank established in April 2002, which has recently entered a global partnership with GP Bullhound. Sharp has held various leadership roles including Chair of Web Travel Group since January 2013, overseeing its operations in the digital travel marketplace, and Chair of Iress since May 2021, a key ASX-200 software firm. Additional notable positions include Chair of Technology Queenstown Limited focusing on technology ecosystem development, Chair of Lotto New Zealand during a significant digital transformation, and Deputy Chair of Tourism New Zealand from November 2018 to April 2022. Sharp also served on the boards of multiple companies including GEO and APD and was involved with lastminute.com.au and travel.com.au Limited. Education includes a BA LLB from The University of Auckland.
