North Star Advisory partners with mid-market organisations to implement and govern AI initiatives — bringing senior program management expertise to the table, without the full-time overhead.

We work as your fractional Program Manager: scoping AI projects, managing vendors, building governance frameworks, and driving delivery from pilot to production. Our approach is built on two decades of experience across financial services, telecoms, retail, and consumer goods — industries where delivery discipline and risk governance are non-negotiable.

Our services:
→ AI Project Implementation — senior PM oversight from kickoff to go-live
→ AI Governance & Oversight — risk frameworks, reporting, and board-ready visibility
→ AI Readiness Advisory — a structured diagnostic and prioritised roadmap

Based in Cape Town. Available remotely across Africa and internationally.
