We act as a "bridging partner" for sovereign wealth funds, private institutional capital, and global industrial leaders seeking to expand, collaborate or invest in Africa, via South Africa where we are primarily domiciled.

Our preferred model is to work with a handful of long-term clients, seeking to scale through collaboration or capital raising. Through our global network, including in the debt and equity capital markets in Europe and the Middle East, we have the experience and the skills to make big deals happen.

We're about generating sustainable value. We provide "on-the-ground" technical-commercial due diligence services and the 'at-the-table' diplomatic finesse required to originate, negotiate and close win-win deals.
