Tom Worley

Tom Worley is a seasoned professional in technology and product management, currently serving as the Head of Internet of Things (IoT) at North since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Head of Product Partnerships and Technology Alliances at Virgin Media O2 Business from October 2021 to January 2024, leading a team of 15 and managing significant third-party relationships with major companies such as Cisco and Microsoft. Tom's experience includes several leadership roles at Virgin Media and Vodafone Global Enterprise, with a strong track record of driving product strategy, managing high-performing teams, and achieving substantial revenue growth. Tom began their career at Cable & Wireless and has a solid academic foundation with a Master’s degree in Electronic & Communications Engineering from the University of Sussex.
