At tracPM, we understand the challenges faced by real estate agencies when it comes to trust accounting and managing day-to-day tasks. In a typical agency, property managers handle the trust account processes while licencees bear the compliance and risk responsibilities. However, we believe that property managers should have more time for productive activities that drive revenue, such as arrears management, maintenance, portfolio retention, and growing the rent roll.
That’s where we come in. As experts in trust accounting, trust is our passion and sole focus. Our dedicated team of trust accounting specialists take care of all your trust accounting needs, giving property managers the freedom to concentrate on core income-generating tasks. With tracPM, you can have peace of mind knowing that your trust account is in the hands of experienced professionals who work tirelessly for you, without the need for training, sick leave, or holidays.
With tracPM, you have direct communication with a licenced professional who has years of experience and expertise in trust account management. Our licenced professionals have operated successful trust accounts, providing comprehensive support and gleaming audit reports. We handle trust accounting meticulously, ensuring that all receipts are completed, unidentified funds are chased, and your property managers can focus on what they do best.
From an incredibly cost-effective price of just $1.10* (including GST) per week per rental door, you can have the peace of mind that comes with expert trust accounting.
It’s time to give yourself more time to do what truly matters – growing your business and maximising your profits.
