Eric Roy

Eric Roy has held various leadership roles throughout their work experience. Eric is currently working as Vice President Operations at North West Rubber since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Groupe LMT Inc. from November 2021 to June 2022, and at Sanuvox Technologies Inc. from May 2020 to October 2021.

Before entering the vice president level, Eric worked as Director of Canadian Operations at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC from November 2016 to October 2019. Prior to that, they served as Director of Operations at VENTROL - Custom Air Handling Solutions from January 2014 to November 2016.

Eric also has experience working as an Operations Manager at Carrier Corporation from July 2007 to December 2013, as Plant Manager at Les Industries Cedan/Richelieu Hardware from 2003 to 2007, and as Plant Engineer and later as Plant Manager at Stella Jones Corporation from 2000 to 2003.

Eric Roy completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University from 1992 to 1996. Eric later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university from 2000 to 2002.
