Horizons is a partnership of by Humankind, Changing Lives and Spectrum CIC.  Our aim is to help as many people as possible to recover from and be free from drug and alcohol dependency. We want to reduce the harm that is caused to individuals, families and communities.

We offer access to experienced and professional teams who work with you on your journey to recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.

When you join the service, you will be allocated a key worker who will support you throughout your treatment and help you develop a Recovery Plan, that’s built around you and your circumstances.
