Tom Mango

Tom Mango is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at North since July 2025, Tom previously held multiple positions at Recharge from June 2020 to July 2025, culminating in the role of Senior Director, Engineering. Prior to that, Tom was Director of Engineering at TaxJar from February 2017 to March 2020 and has a rich background in software engineering and management with various companies, including co-founding Limited Run and Rails Rumble. Tom's career began in the software engineering field with multiple positions at Lourdes Industries and August Ventures, following an education at Stony Brook University from 2002 to 2006.
