NorthBay Education is the premier outdoor school in the nation, ready to welcome students for the experience of a lifetime. Over the past 20 years, we have served more than 300,000 students through immersive nature-based learning combined with high adventure, multimedia experiences, and team building. Our professional educators help students discover how their actions impact their future, their community, and the world we share.
Located on the Chesapeake Bay in Elk Neck State Park, NorthBay’s world-class facility offers a weekend rentals program for large or small groups, accommodating up to 600 guests. With a private guest house and expert support from our team, these retreats provide unforgettable experiences while directly supporting our mission to help thousands of Maryland students each year learn, grow, and lead with purpose.
