Ramon C.

Ramon C. has worked in the business and fitness industry since 2004. Ramon began their career at Capital Group as a Business Intelligence and Operations Analyst and TAP Associate in 2004 and 2005, respectively. In 2009, they joined 24 Hour Fitness as a Club Manager, Club Manager in Training, Pricing Strategy Manager, and Sr. Business/Financial Analyst. In 2013, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Basecamp Fitness. In 2018, they were appointed President of Row House, a boutique rowing-based fitness experience. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer of Northbeam, a company that uses first-party data tracking and machine learning to provide DTC brands with an unparalleled view of the customer journey across multiple devices and platforms.

Ramon C. attended Stanford University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
