David Craine

David Craine currently holds the position of Asset Manager at NorthBridge Partners since May 2025. Prior to this role, David served as Vice President of Asset Management at EastBanc from October 2022 to May 2025 and was the Director of Acquisitions at Federal Realty Investment Trust from July 2016 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Analyst at Madison Marquette, Financial Analyst at Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate, and Assistant Property Manager at both Kimco Realty Corporation and Manekin, LLC. David earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Bryant University.
