Lucy Galway

Lucy Galway is an experienced professional with a strong background in partnerships and business development. Currently serving as Head of Partnerships and Head of Careers at Northcoders since October 2019, Lucy has also held roles as Senior Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Success Manager at the same company, which focuses on developing the next generation of coders. Prior to Northcoders, Lucy worked as a Business Development Manager at Protect Group for a brief period in 2019, and as a Wedding & Event Sales Planner at Rudding Park Hotel from May 2017 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes the role of Guest Relations Supervisor at SWINTON PARK LIMITED from May 2016 to May 2017. Lucy holds A-Level qualifications in English Language, English Literature, Business, and Media from Tresham College, as well as foundational education from Latimer Arts College.
