Simon Jackson

Simon Jackson is a Junior Software Engineer and Mentor at Northcoders, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Simon completed a PhD in Sedimentology at the University of Leeds from October 2016 to September 2021. Simon also worked as a Geologist at GETECH PLC from October 2012 to September 2016. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Aberdeen (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geology with a focus on Petroleum Geology from the same institution (2006-2011).
