John Cullom

John Cullom has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of Business Intelligence, Performance Management, and Service Industries. In 1995, they began their career as a Team Leader/Senior Analyst for American Airlines, where they managed a team of five revenue management analysts and created an application used to identify ideal destinations to offer in e-mail and web based promotions. In 1997, they became a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young LLC. In 2001, they worked as an Internal Consultant for Compaq. In 2002, they were a Senior Associate for Seabury Group LLC, where they were responsible for the design, sale, and business process development during implementation of large scale profitability measurement systems for the airline industry. In 2004, they founded OBC Group LLC with three partners and developed applications in use at several fortune 500 companies. Finally, in 2005, they became the CEO of Northcraft Analytics, where they brought Business Intelligence tools to IT Service Management.

John Cullom completed their MBA at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2000 to 2002, studying Finance and e-Business. John then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and Creative Writing.
