Derek Goring

Derek Goring is the Chief Executive Officer at Northcrest Developments, where they have been leading since 2023. They previously served as Executive Vice President of Development at the same company from 2019 to 2023. With extensive experience in land development, Derek held various roles including Vice President and Senior Vice President at First Gulf Corporation and Vice President of Land Development at Infrastructure Ontario. They also contributed to the Urban Land Institute as a Global Governing Trustee since 2020 and served in leadership positions within the Toronto District Council. Derek earned an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a B.Eng & Mgmt in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University.
