Northeast Community Clinics (NECC) is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) with a mission to provide comprehensive and quality healthcare in our multi-specialty clinics, we serve low-income, underserved and impoverished patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Our health care team is more than 400 strong, and we provide a continuum of wide-ranging health care through the promotion of disease prevention, education, and coordination of services. We are recognized as a premier FQHC provider under the Affordable Care Act. We tailor our services to the needs of each individual patient.

Our Mission

Northeast Community Clinic’s mission is to provide comprehensive, quality healthcare in a culturally sensitive and linguistically competent manner to low-income, underserved, and indigent patients in the communities of the Los Angeles region, regardless of financial status.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit healthcare facility, NECC has provided primary healthcare services to the low-income residents of Los Angeles County since 1971, creating a wide range of influence on the health and well-being of the people it serves.
