Aaron Payne serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Promotional Strategy at Northeast Shared Services since November 2021, following an extensive career at Tops Friendly Markets where roles included Director of Advertising, Consumer Marketing Manager, and Customer Relationship Marketing Specialist. With a strong background in developing and executing impactful marketing plans, managing customer analytics, and training retail teams, Aaron has effectively driven strategic initiatives that enhance brand loyalty and market share. Aaron's previous experience includes adjunct professorship at the University at Buffalo School of Management and a role as Assistant Public Health Preparedness Coordinator at the Niagara County Department of Health. Aaron holds an MBA in Marketing & Management Consulting from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a BA in Sociology and Biology from St. John Fisher University, complemented by a Food Industry Management degree from Cornell University.
