Jon Barrows

Jon Barrows is currently a Senior Compensation Analyst at Northeastern University, with prior experience as the Director of Human Resources for Malden Public Schools and Boston Public Schools. In these roles, Jon managed HR functions, oversaw significant hiring initiatives, and implemented modern data tracking systems to enhance HR processes.
