Previously, Ryan worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Saint-Gobain, optimizing supply chains and predicting churn, and contributed to significant projects at Redmill Solutions Ltd and Schroders. They earned a Master of Science in Financial Engineering with Distinction from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of Oxford.
