Daniel Catherall has extensive experience in engineering and technical roles primarily within the transportation and aviation sectors. Starting as a Junior Surveyor at Survey Operations from November 2005 to September 2007, Daniel progressed to an Aeronautical Engineer as an Avionics Technician at the Royal Air Force from October 2007 to April 2014. Following this, Daniel served as an Offshore Instrument Technician at Wood Group PSN from April 2014 to March 2015, before moving on to a Rolling Stock Technician role at Siemens from April 2015 to June 2019. Daniel continued as a Skilled Train Technician at Arriva Rail North from June 2019 to March 2020, then transitioned to Northern Trains Limited in the same capacity until November 2023. Currently, Daniel holds the position of Engineering Depot Supervisor at Northern, beginning in November 2023.
