Bryan Goodwin

Bryan Goodwin is currently serving as the Head of Legal - North America at Northern Data AG, providing legal support for the Ardent Data Center and Peak Mining divisions in North America. In previous roles, Bryan has held positions such as General Counsel at HUB International and TCG Trusted Capital Group, LLP, as well as Deputy General Counsel & Compliance Officer at Nutrabolt. With extensive experience in legal operations, compliance, and transactional support across various industries, Bryan's background includes roles at companies such as Greenleaf Book Group, Avis Budget Group, and Schlotzsky's. Bryan has a B.A. degree from The University of Texas at Austin and has also completed their education at South Texas College of Law Houston.
