Omar Khan

Omar Khan currently serves as the Head of Technical Accounting & Reporting at Northern Data Group, where responsibilities include establishing technical accounting standards, ensuring compliance with IFRS and EU statutory requirements, and providing technical expertise for complex transactions. Previously, Omar worked as the Group Financial Controller, overseeing financial reporting and compliance processes. Prior to Northern Data Group, Omar was a Capital Market Specialist at EY, specializing in capital market transactions and regulatory compliance for various industries. Omar gained significant audit experience as a Manager at PwC UK, managing end-to-end audits for Foreign Private Issuers and FTSE-100 companies. Omar holds an ACCA qualification in Accounting and Finance from the UK.
