About Us

We are an experienced, straight-talking, down-to-earth fit-out business. We are good at what we do, and we make sure we have fun whilst we’re doing it.

Our leadership team has held senior roles with some of the biggest names in the industry and we have cultivated what we feel are some of the best supply chain relationships in the industry.

CULTURES & VALUES

Commitment
We follow through with what we say. We will not overpromise the impossible, but what we do promise is an absolute commitment to making your Project the most successful it can be.

Collaboration
We see our clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors as partners. We do not believe in a zero-sumgame. We do believe that getting a problem out on the table together as a team gets the best solutions in place as quickly as possible.

Honesty & Integrity
We believe in doing the right thing whether anyone is watching or not. If we foresee challenges to your project,we will flag them as soon as we see them, so we can solve them together rather than being opportunistic. We will go the extra mile on quality, HSE, and applying solid ethics so we can be proud of what we create and how we do business.

Relationship Focused
We want to work with you time and again, and for you to tell others about your positive experience with Northern CJB. This means we care that you walk away from each project satisfied and will never take a ‘one project’ view.

Continuous Improvement
We reflect on every success and failure to explore the lessons learned from everything we do. We seek to be at least 1% better every day
