Johnny, Jr. Sausa is currently the Vice President of HR Data Solutions at Northern Trust, where they focus on data management, reporting, business intelligence, and data science. Previously, they held various roles within Northern Trust, including HR Data Strategy and Governance Lead and Senior Consultant in Talent Analytics. Johnny's experience also includes working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Manila Water, along with freelance statistics consulting and private tutoring. They co-founded Pingkian Innovative Solutions, Inc., aiming to integrate data science with social innovation, and possess a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of the Philippines, complemented by a certification in Black Belt Lean Six Sigma from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
