Mark Murray

Mark Murray is a financial services professional with extensive experience in investor services and transfer agency management. They served as Divisional Director at Brewin Dolphin from 1991 to 2003 before transitioning to State Street as a Business Analyst from 2004 to 2006. Mark held the position of Head of Transfer Agency and CASS Oversight at Kames Capital from 2006 to 2018, followed by a role as Head of UKTA Investor Services at HSBC until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of UKTA Investor Experience at Northern Trust, focusing on developing and delivering an investor experience strategy.
