Ryan Walker is currently the Vice President-Senior Consultant in Company Secretarial at Northern Trust, where they manage a diverse portfolio of 16 clients and oversee regulatory compliance and board meetings. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated significant experience in the funds industry, starting as a Portfolio Accounting Specialist at J.P. Morgan and later working as a Senior Relationship Manager at Intertrust Group. With a background in retail operations management, Ryan has a robust understanding of both mutual and hedge funds across multiple jurisdictions. Ryan holds several professional qualifications, including membership with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (ACSI), complemented by a Master’s degree in Management with Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster.
