As a seasoned senior business analyst with experience in non-profits, private companies, and a start-up, I've encountered a wide variety of challenges. Each challenge has been an opportunity to find innovative solutions, streamline operations, and seek to help organizations thrive. I’ve spent over a decade refining my skills in process improvement, technology integration, and change management, always driven by a passion for solving problems and creating tangible, lasting impact.

I started my consulting business to bring this expertise directly to organizations looking for tailored, effective solutions. I believe that every business deserves systems and processes that work for them—not against them. By partnering with leaders to reduce friction and simplify complexity, I empower them to focus on what truly matters: growing their business and achieving their vision. Kansas City is my home base, but my mission is to serve businesses wherever they are on their journey to success.
