Dennis Augustine

Dennis Augustine is a seasoned digital professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in customer experience architecture, business development, and digital transformation. As the Founder & Collector of People at The DX Alliance, Dennis is dedicated to empowering digital professionals, particularly from the Caribbean and the Global South, by advocating for a worker-owned cooperative model. In addition to this role, Dennis serves as an Advisor for NorthGuide and Managing Director at Studio 6ix Headshots. As a Founding Partner at Konabos, Dennis has significantly scaled the company from four consultants to over forty in four years. Previous roles include positions as a CX Architect, Sitecore MVP, and Technical Specialist across various companies, with notable contributions to significant organizations such as Apiqu, Isobar, and Habanero Consulting Group. Dennis holds degrees from the University of Toronto, Masters College and Seminary, and George Brown College.
