Prior experience includes a position as Manager of Strategy & Operations at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on corporate real estate strategy and economic development. Andy's career began as a Scientist at Geraghty & Miller and evolved to Project Hydrogeologist and Geosciences Group Leader at URS Corporation, where responsibilities included environmental site investigations. Academically, Andy holds an MSc in Hydrogeology from the University of Waterloo and a BA in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia.
