David Rickard

David Rickard is a seasoned professional in development and project management with a strong technical foundation. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at NorthPoint Development since September 2018, Rickard previously held the role of Development Manager in the same company. Prior to this, Rickard built a robust career at Honeywell FM&T from June 2007 to September 2018, where responsibilities included serving as Lead Project Manager. Earlier experience includes an internship at Rehrig Pacific Company from 2005 to 2007. Rickard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas, completing studies in 2007.
