Neil Haas

Neil Haas is a civil engineer with a focus on site development and transportation design, specializing in stormwater management. They previously served as a project engineer at Bartlett & West from 2017 to 2022, where their responsibilities included the creation of stormwater management studies and the design of corresponding facilities. Earlier, they gained experience as a pavement condition evaluator with the City of Overland Park and held internships with Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc. and a co-op position at ARCO National Construction. Currently, Neil serves as a senior civil engineer at NorthPoint Development.
