Nichole Predmore

Nichole Predmore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and leadership roles. Currently, Nichole serves as a Co-Founder and Board Member at Valorwell Foundation and a Co-Founder at ValorWell, with engagements beginning in November 2023. Nichole holds a position as Regional Administrator at NorthPoint Development since November 2021 and has previously worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and VP at Cohen-Esrey until November 2021, following roles as a Commercial Property Manager. Prior experiences include positions at Enloe Medical Center, Chico Area Recreation and Park District, Renew Kitchen & Bath, Inc., and Kiewit, showcasing a diverse background in administration, facilities management, and operations support. Nichole is an alumnus of Missouri Western State University.
