Sara Ryan

Sara Jo Ryan has extensive experience in real estate and investments, currently serving as Vice President of Investments at NorthPoint Development since December 2017. Previously, Sara held various positions within NorthPoint, including Director of Investments and Development Coordinator. Prior experience includes Leasing Director with LeasingKC.com, Business Operations Manager at Newmark Grubb Zimmer, and junior underwriting roles at EPR Properties, where Sara conducted substantial financial analysis and managed educational facility investments. Sara co-owned Downtown KC Realty and has also worked in international advertising sales. Educational achievements include an Executive Master's in Entrepreneurial Real Estate and a Bachelor's in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, along with earlier studies at Arizona State University.
