Tom Williams

Tom Williams currently serves as Vice President of Development at NorthPoint Development, a position held since February 2022, and previously worked as Development Manager. Prior to this, Tom spent four years at the City of Allentown as Operations Manager/Deputy Director for Community and Economic Development, overseeing various departments integral to the city's transformation. Experience includes a role as Client Solutions Manager at Quad3 Group, Inc., where business development and client satisfaction were key focuses, and as Director of Real Estate and Special Projects at the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business & Industry, managing real estate assets and attracting new businesses. Earlier in the career, Tom worked in marketing and business development roles at Calex Logistics Services and served as Director of Business Retention and Marketing at the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Susquehanna University.
