Amanda Stapleton

Amanda Stapleton is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in aerospace and defense. They have held significant roles at various organizations, including Rolls-Royce, Belcan, and Rockwell Collins, where they managed large teams, led operational transitions, and developed strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Systems Engineering Director for Mission Systems at Northrop Grumman, Amanda leverages their strong background in business analytics, systems engineering, and program management to drive innovation and business growth. Amanda holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and an MS in Business Analytics from Indiana University, as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
