Benjamin Tedrick

Benjamin Tedrick is a Value Stream Lead at Northrop Grumman, where they currently manage and oversee operational processes. Previously, Benjamin held numerous engineering and leadership roles at companies such as Raytheon Missiles & Defense, where they managed a cross-functional team to achieve manufacturing delivery schedules, and in various internships at firms including Johnson & Johnson, Cummins Inc., and Schneider Electric. Benjamin earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Their diverse experience spans roles focused on engineering design, production management, and team leadership.
