Billy Devine

Billy Devine is a Principal Supply Chain Specialist at Northrop Grumman, where they oversee procurement for major military programs, managing around $30M in annual purchases. Previously, they worked at Lockheed Martin as a Procurement Representative and Subcontract Administrator, where they facilitated cross-functional collaboration and significantly improved supplier performance. Billy also gained early experience through an internship in Human Resources with Orange County Government. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Central Florida, achieved in 2017.
