David Leckner

David Leckner is a highly motivated and organized professional currently serving as the Principal Production Planner and Scheduler at Northrop Grumman. Previously, Leckner held the position of Production Supervisor at Thyssenkrupp Elevator, where they applied lean management skills to enhance operations across multiple departments. With a background that includes project management experience at Design Team Sign Company and leadership roles in both manufacturing and public service, Leckner has effectively blended these skills throughout a dual career. Additionally, they proudly served in the Tennessee Army National Guard, and have been the Mayor of Adamsville for four consecutive terms, focusing on long-range planning and real-world solutions. Leckner holds a Bachelor of Science in American History from Austin Peay State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Jackson State Community College.
