David Trimble

David Trimble is a Senior Staff Research Scientist at Northrop Grumman, bringing extensive experience in method development and validation using various analytical techniques. Previously, they served as Manager of Analytical Instrumentation at Swarthmore College, where they minimized instrument downtime and mentored student researchers. With a rich background in analytical services, they led teams at International Paper and contributed to regulatory compliance efforts. David has also been active in professional organizations, serving on the boards of multiple symposia and councils while working towards a PhD in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and holding a BS in Chemistry from Denison University.
