Ed Devinney

Ed Devinney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cyber defense and military operations. Devinney served as Director of Strategic Cyber Defense at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where responsibilities included coordinating cybersecurity policy among various government entities and acting as a liaison with the Department of Homeland Security. With a background that includes roles like Branch Chief for Rapid Acquisition at the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, Executive Officer on USS Vella Gulf, and Cyber Programs Corporate Director at Northrop Grumman, Devinney has a comprehensive understanding of cyber capabilities and surface warfare. Devinney holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy.
