Geoff Mitchell

Geoff Mitchell is a seasoned aerospace engineering professional with over 39 years of experience in program management and sustainment. They have held prominent roles, including Sr. Director of Lifecycle Sustainment and Modernization Solutions at Northrop Grumman, where they deliver engineering and technical solutions for aircraft modernization and maintenance. Geoff began their career as a Captain in the United States Air Force and later served in various leadership positions across multiple engineering firms. They hold a BS in Aero and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s degree in Logistics Management from Georgia College & State University. Geoff also completed the Leadership for Senior Executives Program at Harvard Business School.
