Jacob Bender

Jacob Bender is a global supply chain professional currently serving as the International Strategic Sourcing & Business Development IPT Lead at Northrop Grumman, where they focus on the Submarine Industrial Base and AUKUS strategy. Bender's expertise in procurement was further developed during their previous role as a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist at the same company, where they managed complex procurement packages and supported audits for quality assurance. They began their career as a Supply Chain Management Intern at First Source Electronics, where they contributed to various operations and program management tasks. A Rider University graduate, Bender holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and was a four-year member of the Division I Baseball Team. Additionally, Bender works as a full-time real estate agent and serves as a Social Media Brand Ambassador for Bare Performance Nutrition.
