Jay Heath

Jay Heath is an accomplished professional in regulatory and legislative affairs, currently serving as Director of Regulatory Affairs at Northrop Grumman since March 2014, where Jay advocates for the company's interests on government contracting and federal tax policy. Prior experience includes roles as Government Contracts Counsel at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, Minority Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Armed Services, and Counsel for the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Jay's military background includes service as an Officer in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, where Jay oversaw numerous courts-martial. Jay holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master’s Degree in Strategic Intelligence from National Intelligence University, and an AB in History from Harvard University, supplemented by executive education programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
