Kathy Downs has over 40 years of experience in business development and capture management, having held prominent positions at several major companies. From 2009 to 2010, Kathy served as Director of Business Development at ARINC. Prior roles include Capture Manager and Sales Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation and Hewlett-Packard from 1978 to 2009. Kathy also worked as an Executive Affiliate at White Peak Capital and as a Contractor-Consultant for Shipley Associates from 2010 to March 2019, providing support to defense contractors.
