Marit Meyer, PhD, is an Environmental Control and Life Support Engineer focused on air quality for future spacecraft and habitats. Marit has extensive experience in aerospace engineering, having worked for organizations such as Raytheon Missiles & Defense and NASA Glenn Research Center, where Marit led research in spacecraft fire safety and particulate matter. Currently, Marit works at Northrop Grumman, contributing to the development of life support systems for a future commercial space station. Marit holds a PhD in Aerosol Science from Washington University in St. Louis and is pursuing additional degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
