Mark Ohlson

Mark Ohlson is currently a Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Northrop Grumman, specializing in sourcing both active and passive Human Resources candidates. With a background in recruiting that began at Engineering Resources, Mark has held various roles in talent acquisition, including Human Resources Recruiter at HWC Global Management and Sourcer at Amazon. They graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and earned a J.D. from Roger Williams School of Law. In addition, Mark's earlier experience includes managing shifts as a supervisor at CVS Pharmacy and working as a substitute teacher in special education.
