Michael Taila

Michael Taila has a diverse and extensive background in engineering and management, with experience spanning over two decades across various prominent companies. Beginning an engineering career at Ford Motor Company as an Automation Engineer, Michael later advanced through multiple roles at Raytheon Technologies, including positions as Operations Manager and Program Manager, before serving as an Associate Director for International Programs. Following that, Michael contributed to DaimlerChrysler in Production Operations and later held senior positions at Mercury Systems, culminating in a Vice Presidential role in the Microelectronics Line of Business. Currently, Michael serves as Program Director and Site Lead at Northrop Grumman. Academically, Michael holds an MBA from Michigan State University, a Master's in Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, a Master of Laws from the University of Arizona, and a Master's in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
